Feeling under the weather and quite sorry for myself...
Yet that hasn't quite stopped me from ignoring churning stomach, and daydreaming about my food wishes (Hope Chef John appreciates the subtle advertising here :)

Portuguese Seafood rice
It may look like just a seafood risotto but it is quite unlike it. The consistency is much soupier but extremely delicious, as it relies on that one key ingredient-A good quality Seafood Stock.
I'll post the recipe very soon, as soon as I'm Over the weather..(ha,ha...tumble weed drifts on by :))
