Leite Creme

Something similar to a Creme Brulee... and delicious as well.

  • 1 litre of milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a bit lemon peel
  • some Port wine
Grab a pan and join the milk, the egg yolks, the flour and the salt. Mix it really, really, really well... Wait. Really, really well. :) Let it simmer, join the lemon peel and let it thicken. At last, join the sugar and the wine. Platter and strew the sugar on the top. If you wish burn the sugar a little bit....
